🔹 Right of withdrawal – How long can I return my order?

📌 You have the right, within 14 days after receipt of the goods without giving reasons to withdraw from the purchase.

Important information regarding revocation:
✅ The period begins on the day you received the goods.
✅ To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by Email to yas.bir200618@gmail.com with your order number or use the Sample cancellation form in the terms and conditions .
✅ You will receive a return address from us.

🔹 My package hasn't arrived – what can I do?

If your order is not received within the specified Delivery time of 8–11 working days arrived, please check your Shipment tracking . Please note that for particularly popular products in exceptional cases a little longer can take.

If your package is still 21 days is not there yet:

🔹 What to do if items are faulty or defective?

If an item arrives damaged or faulty:

✅ Make high-resolution images or videos of the defect.
✅ Send us the pictures together with your order number & name to yas.bir200618@gmail.com .
✅ Our Customer service will review the case and offer you a solution (Replacement, partial refund or full refund).

✅ The article must original packaging & unused (see conditions below).
✅ You bear the return costs (except for damaged or incorrectly delivered products) .

💡 Important: Returns without postage paid will not be accepted.

✅ The goods must original packaging & resalable be.
✅ No refunds for correctly delivered and flawless goods.
✅ Hygiene products, personalized products & digital goods are excluded from exchange.

💡 Processing time: Once we receive your return, it may take up to 14 business days to inspect and process. After that, you will receive a refund or exchange offer.

🔹 Refund – How & when do I get my money back?

📌 After your return has been successfully checked, the refund will be made:
✅ Within 5 working days after receipt of goods.
✅ On the original payment method (Credit card, PayPal, Klarna etc.).
✅ If you paid with Klarna on account, the refund will be processed directly through Klarna.
